5 Big Steps To Lose Body Weight

Lots of people want a beautiful body shape. Various methods are used to lose the fat here and there also shrink the stomach. But they do not know the first step to do to lose weight. Here are 5 big steps to lose body weight.

1. Know your current condition
Starting from the activity, your diet and your exercise. Then record the waist size, fat levels and body weight on your body.

2. Determine the weight loss target
After all the point number recorded, the next step is to determine a weight loss target. Ideally is 0.5-1 kg a week for healthy weight loss. The total is around 2-4 kg a month, but you probably will fall far more than that number if your starting weight is high enough.

3. Stay away from all the diet trends
All of that most are just for marketing business. Start learning what it is carbohydrates, good protein and good fats. Your body needs everything. Do not believe that anyone who says you do not need fat while doing weight loss diet.

4. Do not take pills weight loss supplements
Be careful on weight loss supplements. Moreover, using the words “WARRANTY”, Because your body depends on your efforts, can not be guaranteed by anyone. The use of pills weight loss will only give you false hopes in the early stages.

5. Make a habit of exercising
Usually at this early stage, you have not been exercising at all. It would be nice if you go to the gym. But if today it is not you can do, then do the cheapest sport is jogging / brisk walk around your house. Not too slow but quite fast. Do it regularly for the best result.

    Hello,
    Just wanted to say Im a frequent visitor here , and always interested in your posts.
    If it wasnt for you I my knowledge on this topic wouldnt be so tremendous.
    Now back to the topic. Me , Im personally a health freak. I need to go to the gym everyday. No matter the situation. I also like to eat what I want so that explains why I go everyday. But all of these programs and pills is complete and utterly B.S! Honestly to everyone take my words. Get out there excerise and become more physically active because trying a diet or a pill wont any solve anything. I have seen diets where people starve themselves to lose weight only to gain in back the next month. Take my advice people Just excerise daily even if its for 15-30 minutes a day. It really can help!
