Benefit of Drinking Tea
Besides fun to be drunk while eating or relaxing, tea also has benefits for the body. One of them, tea beneficial for the brain’s performance.
There are studies that suggest that drinking tea can improve brain performance. In the study, Dutch investigators find out the effect of the compounds present in tea with 44 respondents
mental readiness.
After investigation revealed, the content in tea such as amino acids or L-theanine (commonly found in green tea) and caffeine, can increase a person’s thinking ability. Those who drank tea, after the 20th minute and 70th, its accuracy in performing different tasks become better.
In the present study also mentioned that the tea drunk by respondents aged under 40 years, can reduce fatigue. The study results show that in addition to improve the performance of the brain, tea can also increase alertness someone who diligently consume tea.
