In terms of weight loss, women are often ‘lost’ from the men. Maybe you also ever notice how men lose weight easily without having to try extra hard. Surely this invites curiosity.

For that, let me tell you these three things why men lose weight easier:

1. The man was not too obsessed with food
Women are more obsessed with food than men. According to a recent survey, about 25 percent of women think about food every half hour. Thinking about food makes the desire to eat increases. It makes a woman ate more and weight did not go down.

2. Not make the food as emotional outlet
Women tend to vent their emotions on food, while men do not. As quoted from the book “Conquering Heart Attack & Stroke ‘of brain scans, researchers showed food to men and women who have not eaten all day and ask them to starve.

Unknown, male brains showed much less activity in terms of regulation, emotion, memory, and motivation than women. It’s as if a man is easier to ‘turn down’ their desire on their favorite foods.

3. Faster metabolism of man
Men’s metabolic system are faster than women. The study found the average man’s metabolism is 5 to 10 percent higher than women who had same as weight and height.
