Breakfast is an important benefit to your regular activities throughout the day. To maintain the taste, many women who provide a combination of fruit juice for breakfast. But, whether the fruit juice can be a healthy menu for breakfast?

According Kinita S Kadakia, a diet consultant from Mumbai, combining the low-carbohydrate menu such as cereals from wheat, and wheat bread with low-calorie jelly, and fruit juice, not really could be categorized as a healthy food for body.

Which need to realize are:
– A glass of juice a day does not meet the complete nutrition. If you want it to be part of a healthy diet, you should know the benefits. If someone is aiming to shed fat, fruit juices are not really the answer.

– Substitution of fruit juice with whole fruit has more benefits.

You also need to know, the sugar content in fruit juice could be as many as oft drinks. Although no added sugar, no preservatives, fruit juice can have a sugar content similar to the sugar content in soft drinks.
