Fruits and vegetables became important menu for those who were undergoing slimming diet. In fact, in order to accelerate the decay of fat, they often make fruit or vegetable juice as a main meal.

Nutritionist, Dr. Luciana B Sutanto, said, fruits and vegetables are very good for health. But, eat them without regard to principles of nutrition balanced could endanger health.

Replace breakfast and dinner with fruit or vegetable juice, eat only in the lunchtime, may accelerate weight loss. But, without sign, it can cause the body’s nutritional deficiencies, so susceptible to disease.

Stop eating cakes and other nutrient dense foods. Replace snacks with fruits which contained high water content. Do not reduce water consumption. Drink water or tea without sugar as your wish.

For the daily diet, stick with the pattern of balanced nutrition, which menu consists of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and vegetables. Instead of drinking juice, or you better eat two whole steamed carrots.

This is better for health. Additionally, fibers derived from vegetables will cause satiety. In addition to diet, you should also exercise. Perform aerobic exercise at least three times a week.
